Where to find your exports
For the Sep–Dec 2026 period (01/09/2026 → 31/12/2026). A stay that starts before the period and ends inside it is split automatically, so export a little wider than needed: duplicates are ignored.

Other software (Smoobu, Superhote, Beds24, Lodgify, your own spreadsheet): upload its export as it is. Nuitées recognises the columns (dates, guests, amount, platform); you confirm the match once and that format is read automatically from then on.
Exports in English or French are both fine. Co-hosts: export from the main host's account.
What Nuitées works out for you
- Period: each stay goes into the four-month period (quadrimestre) of its arrival date; a stay spanning two periods is split at the boundary, with the amount shared pro rata by nights.
- Stay cost (« Coût TTC du séjour » on the portal): the amount you received as host, after service and cleaning fees, as the Métropole instructs. You can edit it stay by stay.
- Exempt guests: children and infants (under 18).
- Cancellations and refunds: left out and shown in grey.
