Terms of sale and use

1. The service

Nuitées is a tool that helps you file your tourist tax (taxe de séjour) online. From the export files you upload, it works out the stays for a period and, using your login, fills in the return form on your council's tourist-tax portal. By default the return is saved as a draft: you review it and submit it yourself on the portal. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of what is declared and for meeting your tax obligations; Nuitées does not provide tax or legal advice.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are net; VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Pay per return, €15 each, charged when you launch it; or buy credits in any quantity at a unit price that drops with volume (€12 from 3, €10 from 10, €8 from 30, €6 from 100). Credits can be used on every property in your account and never expire; one credit is used when the robot starts and refunded if the return fails. Unused credits are not refundable, except under the 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase if no credit from that purchase has been used. Annual subscriptions taken out before 20 October 2026 remain valid until they expire and can be cancelled at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Because the service is carried out immediately at your request (when you launch the robot), you waive your right of withdrawal for each return you launch. In return, your first return comes with a money-back guarantee: if the robot did not fill in your return correctly, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.

4. Your obligations

You confirm that you hold, or are authorised to act for, the portal account you connect, and that the files you upload are yours or your principals'. You keep your login details confidential and tell us about any unauthorised use.

5. Availability and liability

Nuitées depends on the council's portal, whose availability and changes are outside our control. If the robot fails, the return is marked as failed and nothing more is owed; a pay-per-return filing that was not carried out is refunded. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the period concerned.

6. Term, cancellation, data

There is no minimum commitment. You can delete your properties, and your account from « Mon compte » (My account), at any time; the data is then erased and unused credits are lost, except where accounting rules apply (invoices are kept for 10 years by our payment provider).

7. Governing law

French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; a consumer mediator will be appointed.
