Personal data

Nuitées processes only the data needed to run the service: your account (email, name); the login for your host area on your council's tourist-tax portal (password encrypted, used solely to read and fill in your returns); the export files you upload and the stays extracted from them (dates, number of guests, amounts; no guest names are kept after reading); and the log and screenshots of each return. This data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete a property or your whole account at any time, which erases the related data. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store your card.

Data controller: the publisher. You have the right to access, correct, erase and port your data; just email the contact address. Nuitées never logs in to your Airbnb or Booking accounts and never sells any data.

Cookies

We use two technical cookies only: one keeps you logged in, the other remembers your language choice. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
