Your Nice tourist tax, filed for you.
Every Airbnb or Booking host in the Nice area must declare each stay on the Métropole's tourist-tax (taxe de séjour) portal, three times a year. Upload your files, review, and our robot fills in the portal for you: minutes instead of an evening.
By hand, on the Métropole portal
- 3returns a year per property, compulsory even when Airbnb or Booking has already collected the tax
- 1form per stay: dates, guests, children, amount, all retyped from your statements
- ⏱an evening per property and per period, in French, with a penalty if you forget
The robot fills in the portal for you
- Upload your files: stays are worked out and sorted by period
- The robot logs in to the Métropole portal and enters every stay, with the register attached
- A few minutes per property once your files are exported, plus an email reminder 30, 15 and 3 days before each deadline

“I rent out a flat in Nice on Airbnb and Booking. Three times a year, I spent an evening retyping every stay into the Métropole's portal. I built Nuitées for myself first: my last five returns went through its engine.”
Juliano Majally · founder, host in Nice

Stays sorted by period, children exempted, cancellations removed. Fix anything in one click.
File
The robot fills in the portal and attaches the nights register. You submit.
Encrypted login
Your portal password is used for your return and nothing else.
Nothing without you
Saved as a draft by default: you review and submit.
Your portal history
Past returns are read and shown, so nothing is filed twice.
Deadline reminders
An email 30, 15 and 3 days before each deadline.
Cheaper than an hour of data entry
One return at a time, or the whole year's returns at a volume price.
- Paid when you file
- No commitment
- Money-back guarantee
- €12 from 3, €10 from 10, €8 from 30, €6 from 100
- Valid on all your properties, never expire
- Credit refunded if the robot fails
4 properties × 3 returns = 12 returns at €10: €120 for the whole year.
The platform collects. You still have to declare.
Airbnb and Booking pass the tax on to the council, but you, the host, remain responsible for declaring your nights every four-month period (quadrimestre). The amount due is €0. It's those lines, one per stay, that Nuitées fills in for you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to file if Airbnb or Booking already collects the tax?+
Yes. In the Nice area, every host must file an online return, platforms included. The amount due is €0, but each stay still has to be declared, one by one.
When is it due?+
Three times a year: January–April by 31 May, May–August by 30 September, September–December by 31 January. Nuitées emails you a reminder before each deadline.
I use Smoobu, Superhote or other software. Does that work?+
Yes. Upload its reservation list as it is. Nuitées recognises the columns, you confirm the match once, and that format is read automatically from then on.
What does the robot do with my login?+
It logs in to the Métropole portal just as you would, fills in one line per booking and saves a draft for you to submit. Your login is encrypted and used for nothing else. We never access Airbnb or Booking.
How does volume pricing work?+
Tell us how many properties you have and we work out the returns for the year; the unit price drops from €15 to €6 as the quantity grows. Credits work on all your properties and never expire. One credit is used when the robot starts, and refunded if it fails.
I manage properties for other owners. Can I use it?+
Absolutely. Each property gets its own page, linked to its owner's portal account. Everything runs from a single Nuitées account, with the history and receipts for each property.
